photographers have a way of taking pictures of celebrities and make them look good or cover marks or even add things to the picture. These changes can be done by using Adobe's Photoshop software, which has a photo retoucher. Which probably can be done by any body. Two scientist by the name of Dr. Farid and Eric kee have discovered a tool to see how much beauty and fashion have been fixed and added. When picture are retouch others might see the picture and want to be just like that person but goes to far to do it and mess up their body or maybe even their life. They want people to support the decision of not using the photoshop and just show the real them because it could be hurting other people or if changed or edited to put it.
I think that is true because even the celebrity could think that their too skinny or not skinny enough. At the same time if someone has marks or pimples you should cover it up because it might make them not take any pictures any more or lead to an obsession for beauty. I also like that it' makes them look good and yeah they should look natural but also beautiful. If people read this article or others they should know not to have a problem because they know that the pictures are not completely real so why have an obsession when your perfect in your own way. If any body else wanted to take a good picture I'm sure they would want it altered a little.
Tatiana,
ReplyDeleteWhat about the young women that look at the pictures and think "I need to be that skinny too"? I think most people are not concerned about the celebrities (They're doing fine); the problem is that many people are trying to become something which is not even real.
